Methodology
How we invent a legend responsibly — the house rules for writing fiction that never pretends to be fact.
What this site is
This site is original fictional worldbuilding for the Bussinessman, a persona from the Vizlings app. The seed material is tiny — an app card reading “bussinessman” and a count of 18 chats — and everything else is invented: the tower, the deals, the quotes, the goldfish. We treat it like writing a cartoon bible, not a biography.
Guardrails
- Fiction is labeled as fiction. Quotes are framed as in-character lore; the timeline documents story-dates; the footer says it on every page.
- No real people. The character is an original cartoon persona. The satire targets corporate jargon, never any person — playful, never mean-spirited.
- Internal consistency. The lore keeps a straight face: names, places, and running jokes (the ficus, the tie clip, the double S) stay consistent across pages.
- Honest sourcing. What little is sourced — the app card text, the chat count — is quoted verbatim on the sources page. What isn’t sourced isn’t claimed.
- Honest art. Every image is generated in-house and captioned “AI-generated dramatization art.” No fake photos, no fake history — there’s no history here to fake.
The typo policy
We spell it “bussinessman” because the app card does. Deliberately “correcting” a character’s name would be exactly the kind of joyless restructuring the Bussinessman himself would veto.
