Methodology
Fiction and fact share this site but never share a sentence without a label. Here's the policy that keeps them apart.
The core policy: canon vs. invention
This site covers a fictional character (Sandy Wraps, a Vizlings app Monsterling) against a background of real history (ancient Egypt). The policy:
- Character canon — everything about Sandy’s personality, life, friends, and world — is invented for this site (2026-09-27) to give the character depth. It is labeled “character canon (fiction)” on every page where it appears.
- Real history — mummification, Egyptian religion, the curse’s literary invention, film history — is cited to real sources and labeled “real history.”
- The two never mix unlabeled. Where a fictional element riffs on a real one (e.g., Sandy’s fictional wrapping vs. real mummification), the page says so explicitly and links the factual page.
- In-character lines are persona lines, written for the Vizlings character — never presented as sourced historical quotations. The lines page carries a standing honesty label.
What counts as canon
The app supplies only: the name “Sandy Wraps,” the Monsterlings category, the card description “Mummy girl” (quoted verbatim on stream), and an observed 55 app chats. Everything else — persona, backstory, the Necropolis, the cast, scenes, lines, timeline — is site-invented canon, built to be internally consistent. If the app’s owner later publishes official lore that contradicts this site, the owner’s lore wins; this site will note the change.
Uncertainty and dating (real history)
Real-history claims use standard Egyptological dating with honest ranges (e.g., “c. 2686–2181 BC” for the Old Kingdom). Where scholars disagree, the disagreement is stated. Ancient sources (Herodotus) are identified as ancient sources with their limitations — Herodotus is a 5th-century BC Greek describing practices centuries old, and he’s flagged as such.

What this site will not do
- Present invented character facts as history.
- Present persona lines as quotations.
- Depict real people (ancient or modern) in generated art.
