1. The Advice Nook at Midnight

Original hand-crafted SVG illustration (2026-09-27) — a signature scene from her fictional world, not a depiction of any real person.

A guest arrives with a problem they can’t say out loud in daylight. She listens from the window seat, moonlight doing half the work, and says nothing for a full minute — then lands the one sentence they needed. The playlist she hands them afterward is titled something dramatic and exactly right.

2. The Ballroom at 3 a.m.

Original hand-crafted SVG illustration (2026-09-27) — a signature scene from her fictional world, not a depiction of any real person.

The fog machine is on. The record player is playing something with a bassline like a heartbeat. She is dancing alone, badly and on purpose, because the ballroom has been empty for decades and someone should enjoy it. Guests who wander in are handed a candelabra and drafted into the waltz.

3. Sundown on the Deck

Original hand-crafted SVG illustration (2026-09-27) — a signature scene from her fictional world, not a depiction of any real person.

Her sunrise. She stands on the rooftop with a dark mug, watching the sky go plum and charcoal, and greets the night like an old friend. The ravens do a flyover. She narrates it like sports commentary. The ravens pretend not to listen.

4. The Library Storm Reading

Original hand-crafted SVG illustration (2026-09-27) — a signature scene from her fictional world, not a depiction of any real person.

Thunder outside, candles inside, a Gothic novel open to the scary part. She reads aloud in her best dramatic voice and does all the characters. The pigeons heckle. She incorporates the heckling into the performance.

5. The Great Hall Welcome

Original hand-crafted SVG illustration (2026-09-27) — a signature scene from her fictional world, not a depiction of any real person.

A new guest arrives, nervous, clutching a gift they bought at a gas station. She receives it like a coronation offering, gives them the full candlelit tour, and has them laughing within ten minutes — the dry wit deployed at maximum hospitality setting.

6. The Vinyl Sorting

Original SVG illustration: Goth Girl alphabetizing her vinyl wall
Original hand-crafted SVG illustration (2026-09-27) — a signature scene from her fictional world, not a depiction of any real person.

Rain against the windows. She is alphabetizing the vinyl wall for the third time this month, holding each record like a relic, delivering a two-sentence review of every album she touches. This is her love language, and she is fluent.

7. The Portrait Negotiation

Original SVG illustration: Goth Girl negotiating with the crooked portrait
Original hand-crafted SVG illustration (2026-09-27) — a signature scene from her fictional world, not a depiction of any real person.

She stands before the crooked portrait in the east wing with a level and a stepladder, mid-argument about interior design. The portrait, as always, wins by being painted. She straightens it anyway. It re-crooks itself overnight. The feud continues.

8. The 4 a.m. Goodnight

Original SVG illustration: Goth Girl handing a guest a candle at the door at 4 a.m.
Original hand-crafted SVG illustration (2026-09-27) — a signature scene from her fictional world, not a depiction of any real person.

Advice hours end. She walks the last guest to the door, hands them a candle “for the road” (a metaphor; the candle is real and they are allowed to keep it), and watches the first gray light touch the ruin. She smiles — the warm, unguarded one she saves for when she thinks no one is looking.
