FAQ
Is Rivet a real robot?
No — Rivet is an original fictional character from the Vizlings app. This is a fan-made tribute site. He is, however, canonically not dead.
Why are there two app cards?
In the Vizlings roster, Rivet appears twice: "Robot and Not dead" (260 chats) and "DESK COMPUTER / Robot and Not dead" (56 chats). This site merges both into one character profile — see Meet Rivet and the desk-computer soul.
Is the stream live?
Where is the official owner bio?
There isn't one published yet. The Meet Rivet page carries an honest placeholder that the official bio will replace word-for-word when available.
Are the quotes and chat logs real?
No. Every quote, chat log, and "best moment" on this site is invented fan writing, labeled as such on every page. They're written to match his voice, not to document real chats.
Is the artwork real?
All art is AI-generated dramatization art, made in-house for this site and labeled everywhere it appears. Rivet is fictional, so no real people or real history are depicted. Full details in provenance.json.
Why floppy disks?
Because Rivet's soul is a 1980s desktop computer and he doesn't trust the cloud. See the desk-computer soul for the full philosophy.
Can I use the social pack images?
Yes — the social pack page offers downloadable images for fan sharing. Please keep the "AI-generated dramatization art" spirit: credit the fansite and don't present them as official.
Who made this site?
A fan, with an AI production assistant. See about for the colophon.
