The Warden's Sigil
A crescent moon crossed by a sword. (Creative interpretation.)

Canon status: creative interpretation. The app card describes no sigil; this is the mark this site gives the Ward.
The mark
The Ward's sigil is a crescent moon crossed by a downward sword. The moon is the Ward's witness — the oath is sworn by moonlight. The sword is the Ward's answer — point down, at rest but ready. Together they say what the Ward is: watchful, and armed.
Where it appears
- Carved above the Great Gate, large enough to be read by torchlight from the road.
- Cut into the oath altar in the Citadel, where every warden kneels.
- Etched in violet-glowing runes on the Black Warden's pauldron — Nyra's armor carries it over her sword arm.
- Branded, small and plain, on every ward-lantern — the mark of the office that keeps the flame.
What it is not
It is not a holy symbol — the Ward serves no temple. It is not a family crest — wardens surrender their names' claims when they swear. It is a tool's mark, like a mason's sign: this work was done, and done by us.
