Who is Neris Sen?
Neris Sen is a seventeen-year-old heroine of the StarTeam — an original science-fiction character, not a real person. Her app card describes her in three words: “star violet girl.”
She’s the StarTeam’s youngest prodigy: a wielder of violet star-energy whose coming-of-age arc — orphan-of-a-disaster, half-trained kid, reluctant weapon, full hero — is the emotional spine of the StarTeam saga.
The origin, short version
When Neris was an infant, a stardust storm called the Kindling swept through Port Selene, the orbital colony where she was born. A sliver of a collapsed star fused to her chest, becoming the Starheart Core. For fourteen years it slept. Then, on a school night in the observatory dome, it woke up — and so did the rest of her life. (Lore)

- Stardust Blast: her signature attack — a blooming cone of magenta and violet energy.
