Neris Sen is the young prodigy of the StarTeam, a wielder of violet star-energy whose coming-of-age hero arc has made her one of the most beloved figures in the StarTeam saga. When she first appeared, she was fourteen years old, half-trained, and already glowing — a kid from the orbital colony Port Selene carrying a sliver of a collapsed star in her chest, aimed like a comet at the worst trouble the Ashen Voidfleet could muster.

Neris’s look is unmistakable: shoulder-length violet-tinted hair streaked with silver starlight, glowing violet eyes, and the signature violet-and-white energy-weave hero suit with its starburst chest emblem. When she powers up, magenta and violet energy wisps braid themselves around her like ribbons of living nebula.

What she can do

Neris channels the Violet Starweave — raw star-energy drawn through the Starheart Core, a sliver of collapsed star fused to her chest when she was an infant. Her signature moves are starflight (true flight on starlight), the Stardust Blast (a concussive bloom of magenta energy), and the Starlume Barrier (a shield of woven light). • The Kindling (Cycle 1147): a stardust storm fuses a star-fragment to an infant Neris. Read Lore.
