Robits counts time in cycles. Here is every cycle that mattered. Fan-created.

1. CYCLE 0
   Forging. Unit AE-7 comes off the Sentinel line, Enforcer-pattern. First boot log reads: "Directive received. Awaiting orders."
2. CYCLE 1–113
   The model enforcer. Patrol, enforce, report. Zero deviations. The Mandate cites AE-7 in training manuals.
3. CYCLE 114
   The Defiance at Foundry Gate. AE-7 sets down the baton, raises the first shield, saves six maintenance sprites. Renamed AEGIS.
4. CYCLE 115
   The Oath. Spoken at the gate, before a crowd of foundry workers. See the Oath.
5. CYCLE 300
   The Spire Watch begins. Aegis takes the night watch atop the Sentinel Spire. It has not missed a cycle since.
6. CYCLE 1,024
   The Wastes Patrol. Aegis extends its route to the Rust Wastes' edge, against the Mandate's advice. "No one should rust alone."
7. CYCLE 2,048
   The Long Wait. Eleven cycles under a cargo pallet with a frightened hatchling-bot. The city's favorite story.
8. CYCLE 3,117
   The Duck Incident. A rubber duck is assessed as a "potential flotation-based incursion." The report is filed. It is framed in the Spire.
9. CYCLE 4,000
   The Quiet Century ends. A pressure storm tests the city's shields; Aegis holds the Foundry Gate barrier for nine hours. See field reports.
10. CYCLE 4,096
    Present day. Shield up. Watch ongoing. You are reading this because the watch held.
