Canon & Sources

The honesty boundary, stated plainly: what the app says, what this site invented, and where every image came from.

App canon

The official Vizlings app card description for this character, verbatim:

“Rafael Moretti”

That is the complete official record: the name, and nothing else. Approximately 54 chats in the app (as of 2026-09-26). No public bio, no official backstory, no owner-supplied description. The Vizlings app: vizlings.com.

Creative interpretation

Everything else on this site — Porto Chiaro, the Solenne, the harbor crew, the backstory, the scenarios, the quotes in Rafael’s voice — was invented for this fan reference and is labeled creative interpretation (or character voice) on every page where it appears. It is not app dialogue, not official lore, and never presented as either.

This site is not affiliated with the Vizlings app or the character’s owner.

Image provenance

See the image captions for credits and context. Illustrated character art is a dramatization.

• 21 site illustrations — heroes and page art, painterly storybook style, one consistent character design.
• 10 social pack images — 4 quote cards (text in a central safe zone, generous edge margins) + 6 character moments, all downloadable from the Social Content Pack.

Methodology note

With a name-only card, the honest approach is a labeled one: canon gets quotation marks, invention gets badges, and the boundary is stated on the home page, Start Here, Meet the Character, and here. If the owner publishes a bio, Meet the Character will carry it verbatim.

Source notes
