MethodologyCanon & Craft
How this site decides what’s true — and what it does with the things that aren’t.
The canon (all of it)
Official The complete canon
Verbatim from the Vizlings app card: “Nico Calder” (~68 chats). That is everything official. This site treats the rest as an open canvas, not a mystery to solve.
The craft
With only a name to work from, the interpretation was built on two constraints:
- The surname is a prompt. Calder + a blank creative slate = a kinetic mobile sculptor in the spirit of Alexander Calder. The interpretation takes the most evocative reading and commits to it fully.
- Honesty is structural. Every invented element carries its label — creative interpretation, character voice, AI-generated dramatization art — in the page itself, not buried in a footnote. A reader should never wonder what’s official.
Imagery standards
- All art generated in-house, labeled AI-generated dramatization art wherever shown.
- Never presented as real photography, real history, or official character art.
- Never depicts real people. Nico is fictional; his world stays fictional.

What would change this site
One thing: an official bio, backstory, or lore drop from the character’s owner. If that ever appears, the Meet the Character page gets it verbatim, and any fan interpretation it contradicts gets re-labeled or retired — loudly, with credit.
