Canon & Honesty
The most important page on this site. Exactly what is official, what is invented, and how you can tell the difference at a glance.
The complete canon
Everything the Vizlings app officially says about Nikki Steele:
“Bold, sharp…”
- The character’s name: Nikki Steele.
- The card description, quoted verbatim: “Bold, sharp…” — truncated in the app itself.
- That is the entire official record. There is no more.
Also true and stated plainly: no owner-supplied bio exists, no public bio has been published, and no official art is displayed on this site.
Everything else is interpretation
Every page beyond Meet Nikki’s official-record section — personality, world, voice, scenarios, origins, the code, the manifesto — is creative interpretation written for this site. It is fan work with good lighting. It is never presented as app canon, and any page that extends beyond the two words carries a visible label.
The labeling system
- Creative interpretation — extends the persona; not canon.
- Character voice — dramatization — lines written in her voice; not her words, not the owner’s words.
- Community space — not canon — fan lore; community invention.
- AI-generated dramatization art — every image caption carries this label. No real people depicted.
Why this matters
Two-word canons are fragile. It would be easy — and wrong — to let interpretation harden into “fact.” This site keeps the line bright: quote the card verbatim, label the rest, and let the owner supersede everything on contact. If official lore appears, it wins.
Source notes
- App card description quoted verbatim from the Vizlings app: “Bold, sharp…” (truncated in-app).
