About This Guide
How this site is built, what’s canon, and where the lines are drawn.
What is official
Very little — and we say so proudly. The official record for Martin Tidewell consists of his Vizlings app card, reproduced verbatim on Meet Martin: the description “Blue Sailor” and a note of 3 chats. The owner’s longer bio has not been supplied; a placeholder reserves its place, and we will not invent it.
What is fan-made
Everything else. The Blue Seas, the Second Dawn, Brinley, Pip, Mama Josie, the voyages, the logbook, the shanties, the sayings — all original fiction written by this site’s authors and the fan community. Pages label their fictional status; nothing here claims to be history, biography, or fact.
How the art works
All artwork is AI-generated dramatization art, created in-house in a stylized animated look. It depicts an original fictional character and invented places — never real people, never real locations. Every image caption says so, and the Gallery collects the full set with its labels.
How the site works
- Static pages, no tracking, no accounts. The theme toggle remembers your choice in your own browser only.
- Canonical URLs live at martin-tidewell.sembrance.com; the sitemap lists every page.
- The Stream page embeds a clearly labeled temporary mockup video until the real channel launches.
- The Social Content Pack offers downloadable fan images, generated in-house.
Corrections
Found a broken link, a mislabeled image, or a line that oversteps the fiction boundary? That’s a bug — tell the maintainers and it will be fixed. Honesty is the whole point of the exercise.
