Behind the Scenes
Thirty-three images, one fictional dinosaur, zero real people. Here's the pipeline.
Fiction — dramatization
Every image on this site is AI-generated dramatization art, made in-house. This page documents the process; sources and the image credits on this page document each file.

The pipeline
- Character design — the Don was designed from the app card’s three words (charismatic, humanoid dinosaur, undisputed) plus the “Mafia” category: a broad-shouldered tyrannosaur build, olive-green scales, charcoal pinstripe suit, gold scale medallion. The style guide records the design so every image stays consistent.
- Master portrait first — the signature portrait was generated first, then used as the visual reference for every later image featuring the Don, keeping the character consistent across the site.
- Quote cards — the four social quote cards got their text via PIL overlays (not baked into the generation): the persona’s line set in a central safe zone with 15% edge margins, so text is never chopped at the edges.
What the pipeline never does
- Never depicts real people — the only recurring figure is the fictional dinosaur.
- Never presents generated images as photographs, historical records, or official app art.
- Never bakes text into generated images (text comes from PIL overlays or HTML, where it stays legible and inside safe margins).
Counts
33 images total: 23 page heroes (including the stream banner), 4 quote-card backgrounds, and 6 character-forward social scenes — all AI-generated, all labeled.

- See the image captions for credits and context. Illustrated character art is a dramatization.
