The honesty policy: how this site treats fiction, and how you can tell.
The core rule
Fiction is labeled fiction. Soren Frost is an original character from the Vizlings app; the app’s entire official description of him is two words (“Ice warrior”) plus the world name (Elementria). Everything else on this site — the lore, the timeline, the dialogue, the theories — was invented for this fan build, and every page says so.
The tiers
- Tier 1 — Official: the card description (“Ice warrior”), the world name (Elementria), the app name (Vizlings). Quoted verbatim, cited, never paraphrased as quotation.
- Tier 2 — Invented lore: the origin story, abilities, places, people, creatures, artifacts, and timeline. Original fan worldbuilding, labeled on every page as invention.
- Tier 3 — Fictional dialogue: the in-character lines. Written for this site in an imagined voice — never presented as app quotations.
- Tier 4 — Speculation: the fan theories. Quarantined on their own page, labeled speculation about invented lore.
Uncertainty policy
Where the lore is unsettled — and fan lore always is — the site says so rather than smoothing it over: the timeline’s winter-counting, the weather question, the Aurora Serpent. Disagreements within the invented lore are presented as disagreements, usually on the Fan Theories page. Nothing is asserted as fact that isn’t: the only facts here are that the character exists in the app and what his card says.
