Welcome to Stitchwick.
Fictional persona
Stitchwick is the fan-written home of Skip and his fellow stitch creatures: a cozy, crooked town where everything is sewn, patched, or pinned, and nobody finds that strange.
Patchwork Alley — Skip’s street. Quilted walls, bottle-cap cart races, the famous Skip Mark dent.
The Mending Loft — upstairs repair workshop above the button shop. Smells of warm cotton. Skip’s second home.
The Basement — the rotating gig venue. Different basement, same borrowed amp, every month.
The Scrapyard — where old fabric goes to become someone new. Skip treats it like a treasure vault.
The Bakery — the Thimble Gang is banned. The ban is, by all accounts, fair.
Stitchwick runs on a simple economy: buttons are currency, favors are savings accounts, and a good repair is worth more than both. The town motto, stitched above the Loft door, reads: “Mended, not ended.”
