Operations

Abort pact — The cell’s standing agreement: anyone can abort any operation, no rank required, no questions until debrief. Tenet five made procedural.

Exfil-first — Her planning doctrine: the way out is decided before the way in. See Stealth Tactics.

Ghost — A mission archetype: enter, achieve the objective, leave — with nobody ever knowing. See Mission Stories.

Shield — A mission archetype: hold a position or protect people, stealth optional, Code mandatory.

Snatch — A mission archetype: extract a person from a hostile space, quietly.

Sound budget — Her concept of noise as a spendable resource. Every action has a sound cost; the mission ends when the budget does.

The window — The gap in patrols, cameras, or attention during which movement is possible. Missions are collections of windows.

The Code

Grapnel — The pneumatic line launcher for vertical entry. See Arsenal.

NVGs — Night-vision goggles. Hers ride her forehead when not in use; the green glow is the last thing a sensor sees.

Vesper’s Edge — Her katana. Nobody touches it. Nobody.
