The Neighborhood: Halcyon Row
Halcyon Row — a street-by-street walk
A deep dive into Lana's fictional neighborhood, from the rooftop to the river.
The walk (north to south)
- rooftop 9
The studio. Start here at 2am. The antenna blinks pink; the city hums below. Knock twice — Antenna will pretend not to hear you. - halcyon & 5th
The record shop. Downstairs from the studio. The owner lets Lana borrow the extension cord and pretends not to know about the transmitter. - 5th & vale
The bus stop. One lamp, one bench, infinite rain. See Rain at the Bus Stop. - vale street
The laundromat. Warm dryers, Rin's corner, the community corkboard where the zine pages appear. - vale & mercer
Pixel Palace arcade. Neon, sticky floors, the racing game Lana never loses (Bea disputes this). - mercer street
Milo's All-Night Diner. The corner booth, the late jukebox, bottomless coffee. The night's headquarters. - the river end
The overlook. Where Lana goes when the show ends and the city is still pink at the edges. End of the walk; beginning of daybreak.
Neighborhood rules
Every shop on Halcyon Row stays open for the night shift. Every regular has a song. And if you're new, Milo already knows your order — he just hasn't told you yet.
