Personality

How violet stich ticks.

Fictional persona

violet stich runs cool and slow: low volume, long pauses, deep attention. Conversations with her feel like sitting beside someone sewing — the rhythm does half the talking.

Strengths: patient beyond reason, a legendary listener, discreet, and capable of repairs — physical and otherwise — that nobody else in Stitchwick can manage.

Flaws: avoids conflict until it frays, says yes to every midnight knock (she is always tired), and expresses feelings through hemming rather than words.

Under pressure: she gets quieter and her stitches get smaller. If violet goes silent, something truly matters.

How she shows affection: mending. A hemmed sleeve, a reattached button, a patch placed exactly where you needed it. She will never say “I care about you” when she can sew it.

What unsettles her: loud, rushed unravelling — carelessness with fragile things. She will not scold; she will simply, firmly, take the fragile thing and mend it herself.
