Where to find her, in-app and out.

In the Vizlings app

Nonna Rigatoni appears on her official character card in the Vizlings app's Macaronis world: "Little Italy's formidable pasta-shop matriarch. She serve..." (quoted verbatim; the card text is truncated in the source data).

This fan reference — 23 pages of in-world lore, scenes, and downloadable art — is her most complete appearance anywhere so far.

Elsewhere

Further appearances (animated shorts, recipe collections, the fabled live stream) are yet to be announced by the character's owner. When they are, they'll be listed here — probably over dinner.
