Methodology
How this site is made — and what it will never do.
What this site is
A fan-run reference site for Emma Lane, a fictional lifestyle persona from the Vizlings app. It collects glow-up and self-care lifestyle editorial written in her voice, plus reference material about the character. It is unofficial and not affiliated with or endorsed by the Vizlings app.
Honesty standards
1. Emma is fictional, and we say so everywhere. Her card description (“Glow-up energy for messy days”) is quoted verbatim from the Vizlings app. Every quote attributed to her was written for this site and labeled as such. We invent no real-world history for her.
2. No invented owner bio. No public bio for the character has been released. The Meet Emma page carries an explicit placeholder rather than an invented biography. When the owner supplies one, it will appear verbatim with attribution.
See the image captions for credits and context. Illustrated character art is a dramatization.
4. No medical claims. All wellness content is general lifestyle editorial: habit frameworks, not prescriptions. Pages state this individually. We make no before/after claims, no miracle promises, no treatment advice.
5. No fake social proof. No invented testimonials, no fake reviews, no “thousands of readers” claims.
6. Stream honesty. The stream page embeds an owner-supplied temporary mockup video, clearly labeled as a placeholder that is not live. No fake live indicators, no invented channel IDs.
How pages are built
Editorial is written in Markdown, converted to HTML by a local build script (tools/build.py), and published as static pages. The design is original CSS for this character — bright modern editorial with warm sunrise energy — and shares no template with other character sites beyond the engineering pattern.
What we will never do
- Present AI-generated images as photographs or as depictions of real people.
- Present persona quotes as real-world quotations.
- Invent biographical facts about the character’s owner or origins.
- Publish medical, therapeutic, or dietary prescriptions.
- Pretend a placeholder stream is live.
