Glow-up FAQ
Questions she hears all the time, answered honestly.
Is Emma Lane a real person?
No. Emma Lane is a fictional lifestyle persona — an original character from the Vizlings app. Her card description, quoted verbatim, is “Glow-up energy for messy days.” Everything she “says” on this site was written by the site team and is clearly attributed to the fictional persona. There are no real-world quotations here.
Who made this site?
A fan-run reference site built by the site owner, in the same series as other Vizlings character sites. It’s unofficial: not affiliated with or endorsed by the Vizlings app.
Is this medical / health advice?
No. Every guide here is general lifestyle editorial — habit frameworks, not prescriptions. Nothing on this site diagnoses, treats, or promises outcomes for any health condition. For health concerns, talk to a qualified professional. Pages carry their own fine print; methodology has the full honesty policy.
I have no time. Where do I start?
The five-minute morning routine. Five minutes is the whole pitch: too short to fail. If even that’s too much, do the two-minute version (water + one intention). Then read start here.
Do glow-ups actually work?
Depends what you mean. If “glow-up” means a 30-day transformation into a different person — no, and this site doesn’t sell that. If it means small, kind habits that make days feel better — yes, that’s the entire thesis. See the glow-up mindset.
What if I try a routine and quit after three days?
Then you’re normal. Emma’s routines don’t have streaks or scores — the reset ritual exists precisely because quitting-and-restarting is the actual human pattern. Restarting is the routine.
Are the images real photos?
No. Every image on this site is AI-generated dramatization art created in-house — original illustrations of the fictional character. They are not photographs, and Emma is not a real person, so no real likeness is depicted. Full details in methodology and the image credits on this page.
Can I share the social images?
Yes — the social content pack images are free to download and share. They’re labeled as AI-generated dramatization art; please keep the label when you share them.
Where’s Emma’s stream?
On the stream page. Right now it carries a clearly-labeled mockup placeholder while the permanent channel is set up — nothing there pretends to be live.
