2. Year 406 SC

   Ruby works her first full rush standing on the sundae crate. The Boulevard notices.
3. Year 408 SC
   Opening night
   Old Bellamy retires; Ruby reopens as Bellamy's. The line goes around the block.
4. Year 410 SC
   First Sock-Hop headline
   Ruby headlines the Strawberry Moon Sock-Hop by popular acclaim.
5. Year 411 SC
   The Sundae Emergency
   Headliner cancels at noon; Ruby takes the stage and invents the sundae-bar intermission.
6. Year 413 SC
   The Great Milkshake Race
   Twelve Ruby Specials in eight minutes. Marlow Mango never bets again.

   Ruby and Dax Rind close the Sock-Hop; the valley swoons.
