Fiction, clearly labeled. Everything on this page is invented lore for the original fictional character Ani Sparks — stories, quotes, places, and people. None of it is real-world fact, and none of it is presented as such.

The 60-second version

Ani Sparks is a teenage arcade champion from Neon City. She plays the cabinets at the Grand Arcade better than anyone alive, rides a hover-board she built herself, and has a robot sidekick named Bolt. When a corruption called the Glitch starts eating the city's arcade grid, she becomes the one person who can fight it — because she understands the games better than the Glitch does.

The world in 60 seconds

Neon City runs on arcade energy: every cabinet feeds the Grid, the power network that lights the streets. The Grand Arcade is the city's heart. The Glitch King is the corruption trying to crash it all. Ani's crew — Bolt, Pixel, and the Usher — have her back.

Her three biggest moments

  1. The Cabinet 7 incident — Ani discovers the Glitch and beats a boss that was never supposed to be beatable. (Full story)
  2. The Midnight Grand Prix — a rooftop hover-race against her rival Vex that ends in a photo finish. (Full story)
  3. The Blackout Run — with the Grid failing, Ani reboots the Grand Arcade by hand, cabinet by cabinet.
