How this site was made, and the honesty labels that hold it together.

The honesty page

What this site is

An independent reference build for Gloria Cruz, an original fictional persona from the Vizlings app (vizlings.com). The site was produced in a single production pass: twenty-three content pages plus a 404, all static HTML, no tracking, no accounts.

The writing

All essays, profiles, sayings, glossary definitions, and FAQs are original writing created for the fictional persona. Nothing is quoted from a real person; nothing is presented as real-world fact. The persona quotes on the sayings page are invented lines, each labeled as invented on the page itself.

The app card description is the single exception: it is quoted verbatim from the Vizlings app — “Confident, observant, and sharply funny. Talia values ambition…” — including the trailing ellipsis and the apparent “Talia” mislabel, which is flagged honestly on the meet-the-character page rather than silently corrected.

The images

Every image on this site is AI-generated dramatization art, produced in-house on 2026-09-26. There are no photographs of real people anywhere on the site — the persona is fictional, so all depictions of her are original illustrations. Each image:

• is labeled “AI-generated dramatization art” in its caption and alt text;
• is recorded in the image credits on this page with its generation method and date;
• depicts only the invented character, invented city scenes, or abstract motifs — never a real person.

The stream

What we don’t do

• We don’t present fiction as fact. Every page carries the fictional-persona label.
• We don’t depict real people. All imagery is generated, all labeled.
• We don’t invent owner statements. Where no owner bio exists, we say so.
• We don’t “fix” source text silently. The card’s “Talia” is quoted verbatim and footnoted.
